I was getting really impersonal customer service from my local CPA, whom I've never met. when i saw this service for half the price, i thought, let's try. I am so happy. I've actually never met my local CPA (referred by my financial advisor) and only communicate via email. so, when I hit the 'ready to talk to the expert' button, i was delighted with 'you'll be called in 5 min'. What? on a Sunday night? And they did call me. Sanya was so helpful, delightful, easy to talk to. She put me in the queue for my assigned CPA and I was connected within a few minutes, saying we could get my return filed tonight. What? Then I worked with Michelle for just under 3 hrs. And then we were done, returns filed. Amazing. It was such a delight to work directly with the CPA while they were processing my return. I could ask questions, she talked out loud as she went through and double/triple checked that we had everything accounted for, how it compared to the previous years, etc. As for price, well worth it. Local folks are minimum $600 and my local CPA wouldn't even quote a fixed price this year, saying instead they'd be charging by the hour.
