Rated 3 out of 5 by from My Opinion When you have to change your password it doesn't recognize your past returns. Nothing else has changed but the password. I have done my taxes with turbo tax for years. I wish they would update things & get it all together in one place. The SS# hasn't changed so it should be able to pull all returns together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading and time consuming The turbo tax live expert was great when I chatted. However, had something about the insurance been explained a little better I wouldn't have had to do a chat. I paid $120 to my tax preparer every year, but decided to file myself this year to save money. I spent THREE HOURS and spent $156! There were all sorts of hidden fees, including a charge of $39 to have the filing charges taken out of your refund (versus making a payment upfront). Had I known that I would have just paid now! But I don't know how much time I would have wasted trying to go back to that screen to change that option, or if I even COULD go back to change it by the time I was at the end.
