Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a let down every year, this is supposed to be a free tax service, so that's how it's advertised anyhow, and yet it isn't even close to being inexpensive, I kick myself every year for continuing to use this service other than that it is convenient , that is what it has going for it.

TurboTax was one of the best online tools I've used that made the tax filing process super seamless- I really enjoyed and appreciated the customer service with one of their online live experts Lamar, who provided assistance and walked me through the entire process especially since it was my first time filing! :)
