Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy! Michael did a wonderful job of handling my forms and documents. I definitely was lost when it came to submitting my taxes, so I’m super appreciative and grateful to have had an expert take care of them. Michael was great to work with and super friendly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax My situation was a little more complicated this year because I moved from Maryland to Florida. On the Maryland return, the system excluded my income so that i would be refunded all my Md taxes that I had paid. I knew this was incorrect because I lived in MD for 8 months. Although the Chat person was unhelpful and did not seem to understand, I spoke to a tax expert on the phone and she (Crystal) was great.
