Firstly, I tried to enter my 1099r military retirement pay but it never allowed me to enter the federal income tax withheld on the pay. Secondly, turbotax included my social security payments as part of my income even though I am resident in the U.K. and IRS publication 915 precludes me from paying US income tax on social security payments I receive. Turbotax is not aware of this.

The call before the agent couldn't help me and had to call for back up and after 20 minutes, the call was dropped. Margaret stuck with me until I was in the clear.
