I was unhappy about upgrading the service like the site suggested because it cost me an extra $215 in fees, but I trust that TurboTax knows what they are doing in completing Tax Return services. After upgrading from the simple free tax return, to the TurboTax Premium service as it suggested, I was very satisfied in receiving very direct suggestions on how to navigate my "unusual" situation.

The record from last year is helpful for me to double check and cross check my deductions and reporting. It's also helpful to have pre-populated information and data that can be accessed and uploaded into my current year's tax return.
