Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Easy I've been using TurboTax since I was 18 and I filed my first tax return on my own. It's so easy to use, and the system has only gotten easier in the past 20 years. Unless something drastic happens I will always use turbotax. I do wish the cost was a bit cheaper. I love the software, but it's definitely not worth $99. But, way better than any other tax prep agency.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Program with SERIOUS Glitch Problem Turbo Tax Business is usually great, but not this year. I could not file my taxes online because of a form that could not be deleted or edited. After more than one call to Turbo Tax and more than an hour of them trying to figure it out, I was finally advised to print and mail them in because the coding glitch could not be fixed. WHAT A PAIN!!! This was the QBI statement that was just a supplemental document. It would not allow me to type in the Shareholder's Name field so it wouldn't let me file. PLEASE FIX!!! I don't want to leave Turbo Tax, but I just might have to in the future.
