Rated 5 out of 5 by from Peace of mine I have use turbo tax for all but 1 year and that was the worst thing I could have done. This year was so much simpler, no issues, and someone right there when I didn't know something. Never going anywhere else again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I looked at the error several times and wasn’t able to resolve the problem. I worked with Carla and we resolved the issue very quickly . Without her help it would not have been fixed. She was great !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable every year Wasn't much help for 1099-G Idaho Return to Work Bonus (Grant) but otherwise very helpful. Easy to pull up to amend or gather info from it for other forms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ALWAYS TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE I accidentally filled out a form I shouldn't have about the Covid 19, leave it to Covid to continue to mess with everything, including my taxes! I spoke to a Turbo Tax Live Specialist & I was blown away by his abundance of knowledge & fast thought process. He was able to help me in a matter of 7 mins. He was very professional & polite.
