Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ouch Could not send my completed returns electronically via the web. Verified AGL was correct and tried all the ways Turbo Tax and other on the net tried. It appears this is a common problem as a full page is dedicated to it happening on the instructions. I will have to mail it so not a major thing. Not what I paid for though. Guess I will try H&R Block next year.

Turbo-tax's interface over the last few years has gotten progressively less user friendly and the fees continue to go up for the same service received. I will not be returning to this service in years to come if nothing is done to lower the cost and complexity. There are many other options out there now and there's no reason to keep taking peoples hard earned money for the sake of convenience.

I entered this online space a joyous boy full of hope for the future, and leave it a lifeless husk doomed to haunt the bowels of this earth forevermore. The tax deductions did so little to help and TurboTax was very happy to take my money whilst demanding I smile during the entire putrid process. Terrible!
