Rated 3 out of 5 by from First time disappointed by Turbo Tax Filed 1040SR and NCD400 forms on Feb28 and notified on 3/3 that IRS had rejected as there was a question on my inherited IRA's. I have NO inherited IRS's and the input page for each has the box checked that these are not inherited IRS's. Further questions on each about if these withdrawals were due to COVID and both answered no. However, when saved, the NO goes away. I have had to print copies to mail which will considerably delay my refunds. Calls to TT on 3/3 and again on 3/5 failed to resolve the bug in your system. Very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is excellent value for the money It's great! It costs like $100 to do your taxes. It's a huge time-saver. Keep in mind--there are also free versions that you don't have to pay for, and free ways of doing your taxes. But if you just want to pay some money and have it be super-efficient, full TurboTax is great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I always use Turbo Tax! This was my 6th year filing with TurboTax online and I LOVE IT! It's so simple. And using it year after year, they save your information. That makes filing a breeze when nothing has changed. This year I had a small issue figuring out something on my state return. I called in to their technical support (I believed it to be a technical error) and their staff was awesome at assisting me. We found my mistake quickly and I was able to complete my return.

But if you just want to pay some money and have it be super-efficient, full TurboTax is great
