Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too aggressive TurboTax is too aggressive with getting people to PAY for what is supposed to be FREE (federal tax return). You all have done magnificent work to make people FEEL like they are obligated to pay to file, when they really don't have to. I'll be choosing a different method of filing next time - I've used your service for years but you've become too greedy and pushy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax allows me to feel in control! I love how easy Turbo Tax makes it for me to do our own taxes. I was told by our realtor this year that we should hire someone to do our taxes this year due to selling and buying our homes. I was able to do them myself, save money, and still ask questions with the chat function whenever I needed help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works when it wants to!!! Turbo Tax works very poorly. I imported my W2's and 1099's and I still had to adjust my information manually. Turbo Tax kept saying my information was incorrect but when I reviewed my returns, the information submitted was correct. Very frustrating!!!!
