Initially ,I was nervous having never used turbo tax before , but the questions to start you off took all of the worry out because all the forms needed were figured before hand .As i progressed through the questions were specific and pointed ,navigating you through the whole process. All you have to do is answer the questions ,they even offer explanations to the questions and most answers were easy to understand .

That money you save me is like extra income for my family and I am glad your product is so user friendly/

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbotax and the Representatives on phone! I had a great experience. The software was so easy (as it has been). And on February 15, I spoke to an INtuit representative and she was so helpful and patient....helped me to get to the root of the "glitch" that was in the State Filing system. It's fixed now. My federal refund only took about 10 days - awesome!
