Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE THIS YEAR I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH IT. THIS YEAR SEEMED LIKE THE WHOLE FORMAT WAS DIFFERENT AND I HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES! IT TOOK ME TWICE AS LONG TO DO MY TAXES THIS YEAR AND IT WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I WILL SERIOUSLY CONSIDER USING ANOTHER SERVICE NEXT YEAR.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Make it difficult for Free Edition Really disappointed that I wasn't able to use the free version because I have student loans. If anyone should be able to receive a free edition it should be those who have student expenses/loans. I wish the IRS would just create a free program of their own already. I've used Turbo Tax for a few years and it seems to be more and more expensive each year. Use to love this site. Will try something else next year.
