TurboTax Live Experts have also always been pretty helpful and friendly in my experience. However, if your return is not very simple, this may not be the best route.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO EASY! I used to hire an accountant and pay over $200 and it was always a pain to set up a time to do it. This is fast and accurate, 3rd year using this and it saves my information which makes life easier. Another benefit is that I can do it over the course of a few days and not rush to complete.
