Rated 1 out of 5 by from SLOWEST PROCESS EVER I had 14 W-2 forms to enter and, no lie, it took at least 45 minutes to enter each. had to wait several minutes for each field entry! That's 10 1/2 hours just to enter data! Unacceptable. No, it wasn't the computer or wifi. Definitely a software issue, but I had a deadline to meet so I fought through it. Will definitely be looking for another filing option next year!
