Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as before. Not as good as before. I could not "sign" at the end. I did file after closing out and getting back in. I want To print but haven't been able to yet. Evidently I did successfully file but not sure yet. Very dissatisfied this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is really easy and fast. I love Turbotax. I've been using turbo tax every year I've been filing taxes. Fast, Easy, and the tech support is really helpful. I've been able to file my taxes in under 10 minutes with no wait time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They keep making you upgrade First they say you have to upgrade to deluxe, then it's upgrade to premier, then Self employment. This all used to be included in the CDs :-( Online you cant see the forms, only answer questions. They charge $40 for state when state filing if free everywhere else (State sight, etc) Help is pathetic, search is worse, and ituit wont import from older versions of their other software (quickbooks) So they Force you to upgrade there too. It's all an overpriced upgrading mess.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a challenge for first time user Several times had to figure out what was going on and not sure if I was entering correctly and wasn't sure where to enter items I had. Other features were great like pulling the investments from my investment companies. Should have the info on the states which do not have a state income tax , like Florida. Several questions about this.
