Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not like it use to be I have filed my taxes using Turbo Tax for many, many years. The past several years have been challenging. When my husband died, it would not allow me to e-file. The following year, it rejected my e-file. The PIN was wrong, but it was put in by Turbo Tax from previously filing. Could it be that I owed that year? Since I was rejected for the PIN, I thought I needed a PIN number from the IRS. So, I got one this year. However, the program did not automatically ask if I had an IRS PIN number to insert. I e-filed and then it was rejected because I didn't put IRS PIN in. I've since re-filed and praying it goes through without any additional issues. Another issue was the 1099-R section was not available. I asked to be notified but heard nothing. I researched on the internet and then updated my Turbo Tax and it downloaded. Like I said, it use to be so simple, now forms are not available when filing, e-filing is a challenge, and no personal support. Turbo Tax Phone number is not listed to get to talk with a live person to help. When I was able to find a phone number, no one answered, ended up in a phone loop. You need to provide an easier way for support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is extremely Awesome! Turbo tax offers the most user-friendly software ever. It takes you step-by-step ensuring 100% accuracy. I've used other services and now wonder where Turbotax has been my entire life, lol. I definitely recommend Turbotax to anyone, especially if you're a newbie to filing your own personal taxes. Please give them a try, you will not regret it.
