Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is as helpful as any tax help can be. So, taxes are already hard. This is my first year doing them all by myself. I did the $0 option to do everything myself. The way everything is designed is very comforting. Easygoing and well-formatted. My only issue was if I had any confusion, I had no idea where to go from there even if I had pressed the ? to explain what some things meant. However, the design is impressive. I can tell there was a lot of work done to update this according to clients' needs and convenience. I really appreciate it.

I know there are cheaper apps out there but I feel trapped because so much of my history is with TurboTax. But I'm going to look elsewhere next year. This is 3X what other family members pay for the same service
