Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tax Experts need to be retrained On February 2nd we spoke with Turbo Tax expert who gave us incorrect information why I had to mail my Arizona Tax Return. He told us Arizona was not ready to accept efile. Good thing I was persistent to call back today, February 21, 2023 to get better understanding as to why Arizona efile was delayed. The new expert John told us the issue was caused by 1040PTC-Property Tax Refund form. He had me delete the form and then everything was back to normal, so I was able to efile both the Federal and Arizona State form

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Do-It-Yourself Taxes I usually go to a tax preparer, but decided to do my own taxes this year to save some money. It was super easy with TurboTax. I appreciated the step by step guidance and having the info sidebar pop up when I was unsure of something. Overall, the entire process only took me about an hour (mostly because I quadruple checked the information). I chose to do the TurboTax Plus just to have some extra security and still save over $50 on my taxes compared to seeing a preparer. In the end, I was able to get a pretty nice return this year, and plan on using TurboTax again next year!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2023 FILING PAGES WOULD NOT LOAD. HAD TO TRY OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO GET THE PAGE TO LOAD. COULDN'T FIND A WAY TO VHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER THAT SHOWED WHEN I FILED. I CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER IN MY INFO SECTION, BUT IT DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN I FILED.
