Rated 3 out of 5 by from The program is OK, the filing process needs work I've used TurboTax for the last few years. The program is fine.. They all seem about the same. There always seems to be an issue with filing/paying for the product. Turbotax locks up the account so payment cannot be made, and returns can't be filed. You get a vague error message saying there's a small problem processing the payment, call customer care. The customer care reps have no clue what the issue is, and don't know what to do or who to escalate to. This year I got lucky and get the rep to escalate to the right person pretty quickly. Last year I was on the phone multiple times for a very long time. It seems like Intuit hires people to work from home as customer care reps. They seem to have a lack of knowledge about how to fix very common issues, as a quick Google search will show that the payment issue has been going on for years.
