They continued to add the Low Income sheet to my file even though I didn't qualify for it and my wife and I are not filing together. Some of your agents were not helpful or polite but the call I had around 1:00pm on 2/7/2023 was great! She was amazing, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Need more like her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the BEST! It's so easy, and if you have questions it will answer them right there. There is also an option to talk to someone if you need to. My favorite thing about it is that it's quick, easy, informative, and doesn't cost much!
