Rated 1 out of 5 by from Errors and rejected state return? Rejected state return weeks after filing because of a software error? Seriously? And then the instructions on how to correct it were NOT helpful. Give me a break. RIDICULOUS. My federal return was already accepted, but then because of the error, I had to go in and update the federal return? And then it somehow updates the state return? But then, my State return did not change AT ALL. In addition, I have used turbo tax for years, but for some reason, your software says I didn't file with you last year? But you have my several years before? Seriously. Whatever.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as table as it once was. In 2019 I filed with TurboTax and didn't realize I hadn't been prompted to supply information from Form 1095-A (healthcare coverage). That issue caused me a great deal of anguish over the past year and I hesitated to return to using TurboTax for 2020. Once I considered the pros and cons of filing with another service, I realized that it made sense to give TurboTax a second chance (everyone deserves at least one) and filed with them again. The process was completed without too much difficulty (even though I had more details than last year) and all was well and good until...I received notification that due to a "software glitch," my State return was rejected! I may still give TurboTax another chance for 2021 but will likely NOT do so after that, should there be another issue which might cause continued frustration.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My state return rejected- turbo tax software error I have used turbo tax for years. I just received a notice my state return was rejected due to an error with their software. It seemed easy enough to fix. However I’m now worried and don’t trust their software. Also my return will now be late. I should have been offered some kind of compensation or reduced cost of filing my return.
