This was my first time having a tax professional file my return for me, and I don't think I can go back to doing it myself after having such a phenomenal experience! My tax professional, Andrea, was so helpful throughout the process. She was kind, friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. She addressed all of my questions and made sure to dedicate time whenever I needed it.

I have used TT for several years, Through the years I have used different user names ( Big mistake) Using different user names constitutes different accounts therefore it makes it difficult to integrate the previous years Tax information with the next year. Use the same account each year and there is no problem. With all the changes in Tax rules over the years, TT has always kept up with the newest laws etc. I find it a little confusing sometimes, but there is always help when you need it! Either from the "help" menu or from a reliable live agent. I have E filed my own taxes with TT for myself and a few fiends for many years and find it very user friendly, even for a dummy like me. ;). I only gave TT 4stars because " nothing is perfect". But TT is pretty close!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier was excellent. TurboTax managed to get the IRS's new Form 1116 Schedule B incorporated in a timely manner thus allowing us to quickly E-file our return and claim our refund early.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LESS quality than before 1. We need to cut/paste and research topics - everything is locked and "help" topics often have <2 sentences, 2. Why do we need to enter our mailing address 5 times when e-filing? Entering for CC even though the personal account has all the information. My account has the same information for >10 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome I have used Turbotax for over 10 years like it since it imports my data from the prior year. Thought I could use it to import my Shwab stock activity but it does not work. You might want to work with them to create a spreadsheet with the data that can be imported.
