Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as friendly as the 2020 return very hard time in getting to a real person to ask questions and help with the payment of the $20 state tax fee for emailing the return. It took more time this year filling out the process to get to the final filling from 2020 to 2021 turbotax process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always easy to use! I started using Turbo tax about 5 years ago after going thru H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt. I switched not only because it was cheaper, it was more convenient to do it from my own home and not have to schedule and appointment as well as being able to better understand my taxes and what I’m looking forward to. Overall it’s just a better experience and I have peace of mind knowing I’m fully covered every year.
