Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too Happy this Year with Turbotax I requested a "live" assistance to a quation and never received a response...??? Likewise in filing my 1099(s)... I had issues in selecting the proper needed information and had to revisit the form(s) on turbotax many times over to get it correct as I was never contacted by anyone when I requested assisstance...??? Will I return to Turbotax next year... Hum mm... time witll tell.
