The pluses this time around were what seemed to be a quicker run from first entry to completion and good explanations for those areas I needed a little guidance on. (And I was prepared with all the data I needed to input.:)) The downside is something that has not improved over the several years I have used your product. That involves the difficulty in having my ID and password recognized when I wanted to use a credit card to purchase audit defense. My frustration at not receiving access codes to rest my password until after the portal closed almost wiped out the good feelings. Please make this better!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sometimes unsure I have choose to use your service for several years and have gotten my kids to use your service for their returns. But sadly this will be my last time using this service because it is so unpredictable what my actual fee will be at the end. I am disabled with no dependents so taking a big fee hurts me. Your service will be good for someone with dependents that get a big refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is effective and easy to use I have used TurboTax for many years with a high degree of satisfaction. Only suggestion would be to have a print page capability in the sections when you are doing the wrap up to completion and Efile.
