Rated 5 out of 5 by from Balance Sheet I love everything except the balance sheet. Every year it gives me the most problems. Most of the data is filled in for me. I don't know how to correct the errors. Maybe your experts can update the software to do the balance sheet for us or give better help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full of glitches if you make any changes Software constantly double entered old documents, from past years, that were selected for deletion prior. This caused my state refund to switch to owing to the state. Had to restart several times and research others problems to fix it, all in a software that you have to pay to use. Works great if you literally never have changes in employment. But if you ever do have changes, have fun straightening it out on your own and then paying for your own work at the end of it all.

I appreciate everything you guys do there to make the experience of taxes less fearful. I will continue to praise the quality of your product and the helpful tools it comes with. thank you
