Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax review I had an unusual (for me) tax situation and talked with several staff at different times. Judy was very helpful in resolving the problem. All the staff I spoke with were helpful and I appreciated being able to talk to an expert while doing the return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice person Nobody was able to help me. The last lady was VERY pleasant but also had to put me on hold to check with a lead. After a LONG hold I was cut off. I finally got out and went back in as a guest and was able to file. Sure hope it all went in okay
