However I don't agree with the $40 charge to pay the other $80 to file Fed and State with my refund. While I love being able to file myself from my computer, it would have been much cheaper to have had someone do it for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I had some problems I had to call Turbo Tax for help probably about 6 different times. Most of the customer service reps were unhelpful, as they were not tax experts. When I requested a tax expert's help, the appointment was scheduled for 12 days in the future. I was almost done and I just wanted to finish them!!! I only had a couple of questions, so I ended up asking a friend. If you are not an expert, and your taxes are relatively complicated, then I would consider other options.

You get the most return for the money you spend. you don't have to pay the people filing because Turbo Tax does it for you. Greatest product on the market. Tried H&R Block before. Cost most of my return. Friend told me try Turbo Tax. So I did. Spent hours in H&R block 30 min with Turbo Tax. Would have gotten back $1000 more dollars with Turbo instead of H&R Block.

The categories are designed user friendly and for Laymen computer users. It guides you step by step from the beginning to the end with the added on feature of technical support if needed.
