Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax needs to show what type of package you'r The program needs to tell you the package and price when it makes a change caused me an extra 45 minutes to get the right charges. The lady I worked with was very helpful with explaining it all and figured out the problem and solved it for me

You have to go thru the whole process again each time Splitting up 2 states, it did not keep track of what was allocated to the 1st state & fill the field for the 2nd state. The directions are often not clear. One can't go to a form and fix something, you have to guess where to start & click thru a bunch of items to get there

However, as a service member, I contribute to the military's TSP which caused some confusion during the filing process as my contributions were higher than a Roth IRA's contribution limit. This caused an error that needed to be addressed with an expert's intervention.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quite Upset After a positive experience last year, due to my status as an individual that needs to get health insurance through the state, I was forced to pay over $70 in fees to file. I wasn't told this until the END of the process. It took me a long time to figure out if there was any way to remove this fee.... I wish TurboTax was more transparent about their fees in addition to their pushy add-ons.
