Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Expert was Amazing! I love that Turbo Tax provide free return for both Federal and State. They are very thorough. When I had questions I was able to speak with a live expert who helped me until I was comfortable to proceed on my own. I used turbo for my dad's tax return but next year I will use it for my own.

Not being able to get online, not being able to find returns, constant asking for blockchain password which I had no idea how to use. I will NOT pay for Turbo Tax again since free file is available now for poor working or retired stiffs who have no need to itemize.
