Rated 1 out of 5 by from Costly and excessive upselling Every page they ask for you to purchase more services which dont work. My wife was taken to court and turbo tax lawyer didn't help at all. We are still paying years later from it. Not worth the "protection" turbo tax claims to have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was excellent I needed help in understanding why I had to pay high amount for state, He sent me to the correct places by a cursor on my screen pages. He helped me figure out that I forgot a important detail about my dependent which lower my state and increased my federal refund. He was very positive, friendly and helpful.
