Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improved this year! Improved for simple returns, fast track works well. I did have a question and LIVE help was able to provide guidance. I do wish the fees were more straightforward from the jump. I was estimating around $70, ended up paying $138. When I started using turbo tax years ago, it was only about $39 if I recall. Sign of the times, I suppose. Overall good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy and accurate! Doing taxes is always a pain but with turbo tax it's easy, too easy! I have been using this program for over 20 years and it's never let me down! It's fast, at least with our simple return and for us its free, how can you not want to use it:)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like Turbo Tax Today is the first time I had to actually call Turbo Tax. The help I received was very friendly, very profession and very quick. The only thing that irks me this year and last is the fact that everywhere it is stated the cost is for the Federal rax return and one state tax return - so why have I had to pay an additional $20 for the state tax return?
