Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax errors Can't enter income as poll watcher without triggering self-employed credits. Had to enter it at jury duty. Couldn't file with accurate numbers because IRS has not processed my paper file for 2019. No help from Turbotax at all

If you are unsure of a section, the help feature it there to provide further explanation. I like the simplicity of being able to complete this task on my own, but yet have the reassurance that there is help from a tax specialist if needed.
