It too me to a place in the forms I had never seen there were a few areas highlighted but no indication of what was wrong or what I was responding to. There need to be some detailed explanation at least in my case. It was pure guess work to get the correct entry there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax!!! Prompts for entering information are very specific so there is no question about what information is needed for each section. Online chat support is great, but being able to speak with a tax expert is beyond spectacular. Awesome being able to speak with Laray and Estes. Turbo Tax continues to water my eyes year after year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Way to Prepare Your Taxes I have been using TurboTax Home and Business for the past 10 years. Each year I get more and more impressed on how easy it is to enter the information. The program takes me through each category step by step so I don't miss anything. If I don't answer properly the program ask me to recheck and verify my entry. It's fool proof!!!

However, I do have a big problem with paying for software to do both federal and state tax returns and then when I go to file I am charged an additional $25 to efile state returns. Some of the forms are cumbersome to navigate through and change.
