Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works but has bugs I had no problem using TurboTax until I got to the point where I was given the option to add Max Benefits for $49. Initially I selected this option, but then went back (before submitting my forms) and unselected this option. But then as I proceeded it failed to remove this option and charged my the $49 additional fee at the payment stage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Predatory software product Sadly, as years go on, I am disappointed with what the Turbo Tax software provides. They provide a version that is Federal capable and you can "print out" your state return based on the version you bought. After I filed my federal return, it took me ~25minutes of fumbling to get to my state return so that I can print it out. All the time being asked to "upgrade" so that State is easier to file. I find is disappointing that what they share in their marketing to purchase the software is made too difficult to actually get what you bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is outstanding I recently used TurboTax Live Assisted Deluxe to prepare my taxes and was impressed with the level of support and guidance provided throughout the process. The product is designed for people who want a more personalized experience, and I found the live assistance to be extremely helpful. The interface was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the step-by-step guidance that walked me through each section of my return. The live experts were knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and helping me to identify deductions that I might have missed on my own. One thing I particularly liked was the ability to choose between doing my taxes on my own or having a live expert review my return. This gave me a lot of flexibility in how I wanted to approach my taxes and allowed me to feel confident that my return was accurate and complete. Overall, I would highly recommend TurboTax Live Assisted Deluxe to anyone who wants a more personalized and guided experience when preparing their taxes. While it may be more expensive than some other tax preparation options, the added support and guidance are definitely worth the investment
