I had been recommended TurboTax by friends and family as they have been using it for years and haven't had any issues using the service so I decided to give it a shot. I was very satisfied with the Free Edition that Turbo Tax offers and the step-by-step process made it very easy for me to understand what information to input as well as answers to any questions I might have along the way. For this to be my first time filing my taxes, it was a stress-free, efficient, and overall quick process as it took me under 30 minutes in total to complete my tax return. I would definitely recommend TurboTax to anyone who is filing their taxes for the first time or anyone in general as is was a simple and relatively fast process.

I spoke with several throughout the process, Patricia was a big help and explained things along the way and is very knowledgeable in what she does. I also had the opportunity to speak with Veronica and she was also very helpful.
