Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrific Experience Buggy product, asking me to edit box information, but not enabling me to make the edit. Terrible wait time with customer service, who did not even read my question, just told me to call one of their accountants (which costs more of course)... even though the issue was with the product not allowing me to make an edit. Will file with a human next time, not this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easy But... I orginally gave this 5 stars but have to lower it now. We sent it off to be electronically filed and was rejected twice because it said our AGI did not match what the IRS had however, Turbo Tax automatically filled this in when asked and we did check with last year's record and this is what was stated on our last year's tax so not sure what the problem is. So much for easy filing....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but room for improvement Some of the instructions are unclear, and the answer choices to questions are confusingly worded. Even after chats with TurboTax representatives they were uncertain exactly how to respond to certain questions after I explained my situation. Also spend over an hour between chats, and multiple tax "experts" to figure out why my 1098 kept getting flagged for review. They finally figured out that a specific box should have a zero in it instead of being left blank, after a bunch of unsuccessful trial and error. It's a good tool, but not always user friendly even for someone with a graduate degree in finance.
