Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible at dealing with sale of rental property Trying to take care of the sale of rental properties was a nightmare with Turbotax. I have used the product for many years, and there are always frustrating things with the program, but never this bad. You actually have to do a search in the program to get to the necessary section, and do this every time you have to return to it. Plus there's the usual frustration of when the program asks for information and doesn't explain what they're asking for, or how to get it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is customer service friendly . This year I actually had one of their cpa's do my taxes as I retired in 2020 and had to withdraw money for 2021 . Roseleni did a great job and was very professional and courteous . Very prompt to respond with questions and information .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Form 8938 Interface is awful! The interface with Form 8938 is terrible... It provides very poor opportunity to review entries and tended to cause duplicate entries of the same foreign account, which I discovered only when I checked the "print" review. This is the second year in a row that this problem has arisen and I strongly encourage efforts to fix this!
