Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please stop adding advertisements Customer experience is terrible when I'm getting an advertisement to upgrade to Deluxe 4 times throughout the return which get sneaked in anyway. Just force people to pay instead of being sneaky/annoying with it.

Fortunately, the woman they connected me with was wonderful, she helped me as much as she could, answered my questions and alleviated my fears about this. Definitely recommend to anyone, it's quick, simple and overall just a fantastic service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did a Good job for 2022 Taxes Came in clutch to wrap up my 2022 taxes last minute for my mom and I! Exposed me to some rebate opportunities I wasn't previously aware of, along with explanations for what qualified them. Only gripe was that it ran a bit slow on my HP PC.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a BUGGGGY nightmare. It was a nightmare just finding were to enter my car mileage. Took me an hour and a half. Then the UTAH state return would not accept the W-2 state ID for the employer. After waiting 2 hours to get a callback I found out I had to make the 3 letters at the end of the 14 digit ID LOWERCASE. WHAT A JOKE. FIX IT.
