Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Online Program I've used the CD version since 2007 but went to the online in 2020 and 2021 The CD version was fine, worked well. The online was very prone to hangups, stoppage, couldn't delete unneeded schedules and more. Don't use the online version, CD only!

I had two issues with this year's return that I was looking for assurance that I could continue and in both cases the agent was not able to access my desktop to demonstrate the concern. The process, evidently, would only work for individuals preparing their returns on-line. Sorry, I was very disappointed. I did confirm that the second issue did not carry totals through on the step-by-step but affected the final return. That was my concern.
