According to Google, that's why I had to pay $138 and I'm not getting any money back. I might as well went back to Jackson Hewitt. Next time I will, even if it means I gotta pay more. Only came back because I thought I would pay less than $100 to file.

Very understandable directions and, for the things that are confusing, they have help quite literally a few finger clicks away. Going on year 5 or 6 now using this program, and I have yet to have anything resembling a complaint. Highly recommended.
