Whether I tried to use my Intuit Account or Continue as a Guest, a screen popped and a big circle went around and around for hours. I tried everything recommended - shut computer off and restarted, cleared cache and cookies etc - all numerous times. Finally after two days and numerous wasted hours I gave up and got ripped off for $40 from my Federal Refund so my Taxes would finally transmit. Please Intuit fix your online store as I see in various Forums that I am by no means the only victim.

If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free yourself with TurboTax Free Edition, or you can file with TurboTax Live Assisted Basic or TurboTax Live Full Service Basic at the listed price.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
