So I was done with the federal, and then left my computer idle and it said it saved and signed me out, but nothing would work when I went back in. So I had to clear out the return and start over, kind of annoying. Also, the extra $40 charge to pay with my refund seemed unnecessary. But overall, the experience is good for people like us who have "easy" refunds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Things changed from previous years My tax situation should be very simple. Retired; low income; standard deduction. However, the revised Turbo Tax forms seemed much more complex and I ran into several obstacles that required help. Several things weren't very clear. I'll have to wait and see how it all works out in the end. I'm exhausted after finally finishing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY CONVENIENT I enjoy that it is a walk thru. I wish there was more explanation on certain things for Self Employed. Even thou there was details I couldn't figure out which one applied to me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax is difficult I had thought that you would import data perfectly. Unfortunately some data from a previous return got included. As suggested I tried to make sure all the imported figures were correct. I was able (with your help) to correct 3 things. Look at form1040SR lines 4b & 5b. I called and complained that my pension was on the wrong line. I looked at last years return = same mistake.
