Rated 1 out of 5 by from unhappy 2441 would not help with foreign zip code for my child care. I am active duty and still claim NE and BC my husband is wih me he falls under me for NE. How ever our child care is in Japan where I am currently stationed, and he state tax would not take the 2441 from address from the childcare. I had to pay for assistance that could not help me. Online is supposed to make it easier and it didn't. I had to file in person last year too because we could not get the address figured out. Then still had to fil Fed tax but have to still file state seperatly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inconvenient Wouldn't allow me to e-file my amended tax return. It's a hassle to go find a printer and be forced to physically mail it out. My hours of work won't permit this. Terrible
