Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it easy for you! TurboTax online makes it simple for you to prepare, complete and submit your tax return. Each year, the online platform gets better. The knowledge articles are quite helpful in providing information to help clarify questions. I also like the LIVE expert tax advice. If you get stuck, the experts connect with you via chat or phone call. The ability to share screen makes things easy for you and the expert to walk through where you need help. I truly appreciate TurboTax and the team!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax use to be better E-file was rejected; TT said there were 'Fix my return' or 'Revisit' buttons. None exist in my deluxe download version. Tried to find the problem and re-file four times.TT now says I have not filed but have reached my e-file limit. Can't find any customer support to help solve the problem. Used TT for over 30 years (first versions used DOS and came on floppy disks -- remember those?)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfy Customer since years I had many special situations due to international move, working and living in 2 different states, and rolling fund in retirement accounts. In each situation I found TurboTax really easy to work with. And more important the Audit protection was really helpful when I got audited (twice so far). You can really sleep with peace of mind when using this product.
