Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great TurboTax is user friendly, helpful and walks you through the process step-by-step. They also have little pop-ups for anything you might have a questions on and will answer any questions you have! Highly recommend!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy to continue to use TurboTax Overall experience with TurboTax was good. I like the way it pulls in my tax info from the previous year and guides me through the processes. It is also nice that you can get help from a professional CPA if you need assistance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Helps Me Stay Ahead of the Game I love TurboTax because it puts me in the driver's seat with professional advice on what deductions I can take. I have used it since I turned 18-year-old and now as a 34-year-old with a much different financial situation, it continues to keep me ahead of the game!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Suggested change I need to file with Turbo Tax Premier as I have investment accounts. I live in Texas and no state tax is required. I was forced to pay for something I did not use as Premier only came with the state tax bundled. If this does not change for next year, I will be using another service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use The software is easy to use. However, one area of improvement is in making it easy to enter the Form or Schedule/Line information where requested. I had to go into previous year's returns to find it, as there wasn't an easy way to see where the info was in the current return. There should be a link to take you directly there
