Rated 4 out of 5 by from sketchy fee summary very simple and easy to follow instructions, but near the end it's kinda sketchy about the fee's for the service, they should tell you up front what the charges will be before all the electronic signing... other than that very good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filing with TurboTax There's a lot of tax services and online tax preparation options to choose from but TurboTax by far is the most simpliest, offers super support, with features like access to a live tax expert, guarantees backup to make the filing on your own almost completely error free. Not too mention easy navigation. I will never pay ridiculous fees from my refund ever again. I will always use TurboTax and would recommend it to all my friends and family hoping that they too will spread the word.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, but don't pay double out of your refund I use TurboTax all the time- have since I started filing taxes. It's nice to have the guidance, especially because I live out of country and taxes can be confusing. I was really excited to be able to take the product cost out of my refund... up until I saw the $39 "processing fee." So basically, if you don't want to pay now, you could double the price of your product if you don't pay attention. Again, I love the product, so I'm more than happy to pay with card and continue using the services- just be warned if you choose to go the "pay out of my refund" route.
