Their friendly, understanding very helpful and now I do it online on my own with no help and their app is easy enough to understand and navigate through and if you don't understand something you may ask a live person thru chat it's awesome I recommend to everyone!! Thanks TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax vs accountant This is the first time I tried Turbotax after using an accountant for decades. My return is a bit complicated, but Turbotax made it east. I particularly like the ability to import documents directly from several financial institutions. When I had a question, I was able to talk to a representative in just a few minutes!
