Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never a problem This year was extremely stressful filing my taxes as I retired and had to claim many things. I spoke to Shakeira and she walked me thru every thing I needed to know and unfortunately what I had to pay in. So helpful

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, has some import quirks The only consistently annoying aspect is that the program is not smart enough to ask you if you have a new form to upload or import. I've discovered the best way to work with it is to trash any form info about banks, etc and then it will boast about how you will 'be amazed' at its easy import of your info from a brokerage firm or whatever. But its too dumb to ask that if you have an existing bank or account from last year carrying over, THEN it just prompts you to manually enter stuff. Dumb Dumb Dumb. there are other import bugs too, like my kid's 1098-T, there was no way to import that unless I first deleted her school, and then the program asked me if I had gotten a 1098T from her school. You would think that having prior year info would make things *smoother* but its just the opposite, it gums up the works half the time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax I have used TurboTax for over 6 years. It is very fast and efficient. However it has gotten way to expensive over the years. I use the tax live this year. I requested a call and got hung up on. Did a chat waited over half an hour for a very nice lady but she couldn’t help me with my problem.
