Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT is great, but communication should be better I've used turbo tax for more than 20 years. The software makes even my more complex tax issues simple. But, this year there was a wide-spread issue causing rejected returns. The problem was on the IRS side, but there was no communication from Turbo Tax despite several threads on the TT community page with people begging for incite from Turbo Tax on the issue. Despite this being an IRS problem - we depend on TT to be on top of these things. I hope they do better in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great tax tool for seniors! Turbo Tax was easy to use from start to finish. I am particular glad it allows you to go at your own pace. The question section was useful and helped me to file accurate returns. The e-filing was fast and allowed the opportunity for review. Overall, an excellent product.
